DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Flat rate $8 (up to 500gm) & $12.50 (500gm - 3kg).
Free shipping for all orders over $80 (Australia Post eParcel)
Parcels normally take 2-3 working days delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Ena ships internationally to countries in Europe, Asia and the Americas via Aust. Post International or DHL.
Postage rates vary based on location, costs are displayed at checkout.
Parcels may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on your location.
DELIVERY TERMS
Ena is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or the customs clearance process.
In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery or otherwise, Ena is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
For purchases outside of Australia, Ena is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and the importation of certain products.
RETURNS
In the case of purchase of a product from this website which satisfies one or more of the following scenarios we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange of the product:
The product proves faulty within 30 days of receiving the product and/or date of invoice.
The product does not match its description as provided when sold.
The product received is not the product ordered.
The product has been damaged in transit.
Purchases made via retail stores must be returned to their point of purchase.
Returns must include a copy of the orignal purchase receipt/invoice.
